CISL 650 Number 1 Music Station on AM Band!

It appears that CISL 650 is now the number one music station on the AM dial!

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they are now the only Vancouver station on the AM dial playing music! There is no #2!

It depends on your definition of a "Music Station".

To put it another way, would you consider the CKNW of the 1960s a Music Station? They played a lot of music, and, until recently, so did what is now CBC Radio One. But most of us considered CKNW a Full Service format back then.

The Western Canada ethnic stations that I have heard, as well as some smaller stations that run three or more hours a day of ethnic programming, all seem to be offering Full Service style ethnic programming. Lots of Information (Talk) elements.
