Aboriginal Voices Radio CKAV off air in Vancouver

12/03/14 - Aboriginal Voices Radio CKAV-FM-2 106.3 Vancouver has been silent for several days. The carrier is still present, as is the stereo indicator, but with no audio. CKAV signed on in Vancouver in December 2006 as part of a network of stations in several Canadian cities. The network's website http://aboriginalvoices.com/ has since been deleted and Streema.com lists the station as no longer broadcasting.

Here in Edmonton, there is still music being played on 89.3 MHz.

CKAV in Ottawa went off the air last month.
