Why would NW move to such a shitty location in the first place.
8th and McBridge may not have been pretty but really functional. I realize the "chain" added broom closets for
more cash machines.
NW - the royal city meant something to many and to me with lot of the talent living across the Pattulo.
I think I would have preferred a false creek slopes building with a great view . By that stage of the game they could have bought
the property.
