As a former Rogers radio employee I had to chuckle when I saw this ad. Some marketing guru read to the heart of the issue with Rogers all along in my opinion. Tech rich company with ongoing bad customer service (internal and external). The only thing that would make the ad better is if they directly apologized to all the customers and former employees they've f''ed over:)
Ps-I also chuckled at the style. Basically sure we've made mistakes but look at all the cool stuff we've done. I note they stayed away rom the topic of hockey though:)
