A very belated happy birthday to radiowest. I've been out of the loop so to speak for a while...too many doctor's visits that take up time. Then my doc of 14 years decides to give up his practice and move away...now I'm back on track...my new doctor is great....SHE is much more interesting to chat with.....and very anxious to get me healthy again.

So, to the gang who makes this site tick....many thanks for your effort....it is much appreciated. Hope I'm around to cheer after the next 7 years.

P.S. that photo of the dynamic trio at the Langley pub brought back some great memories. I'll have to visit again sometime soon.
