DST Ends: Change Your Profile

Guests should be seeing the time correctly for Pacific Standard Time, but members will have to change the "Timezone" near the bottom of their Profile -- click on Profile near the top centre of this page.

GMT - 8 is Pacific (West Coast)
GMT - 7 is Mountain (Alberta)
GMT - 6 is Central (Saskatchewan, Manitoba)
GMT - 5 is Eastern (Ontario, Quebec, and East of Chicago in the U.S.)
GMT - 4 is Atlantic (Maritime Provinces except Newfoundland)

Since I haven't seen a lot of media coverage, just a reminder that DST ends this Sunday morning, November 2. Clock move BACK one hour.

You haven't been in a newsroom that's been getting calls since last week then! ;) Its only Thursday...weekend's the big time for on-air reminders. Before then, people have to take responsibility for themselves.

Now is the time to adjust your profile as shown at the top of this thread. The System Time, which you will see if you are not logged on, has been changed to Pacific Standard Time.

Now if we only could get the Puget Sound clocks to work.

Jon could you volunteer to help Michael with that one thing - I would be grateful eternally.

You might ask why - well on posts there - they are out by three hours or three days - at least to my eyes. Hard to know when they scooped us or visa vee
