Christmas wreath.

Christmas wreath.

Ahoy Ted.....summer has finally arrived. Don't you think it might be a good time to replace the Christmas wreath on the front page of the site with something more seasonal? How about a photo of the lifesaver from Al Davidson's boat if you still have it in your promo collection.

Funny thing, Dan, but I was thinking the same thing on the weekend. But, then I looked more carefully and noticed it was for the Year-End Music Surveys section. And then it dawned on me: Christmas comes a few days before Year-End. How clever of the graphics artists that toil to make RadioWest what it is!

Or just change the holly berries and leaves or poinsettias or whatever they are to poppies and you'll be ready for November 11th!

While travelling along Hwy 97 in the interior last week, I could have sworn I saw a sign that read:

"The End is Near! Beware the Wreath of God"
The world has two kinds of people. Cat people and idiots.

Amidst all this Frankenstein and Mirth, might I suggest a more musical theme?

A Wreath of Franklin would seem appropriate  at this time.

Why go through all that unecessary work Sky when you can just re-designate them as All Season Lights?

My favourite local restaurant (I even do their Web site) has done that for years, but with a different twist. The lights are up all year, but are only turned on during the Christmas season.

Their other secret: use clear bulbs, not coloured ones. They kind of blend into the window frames.
