If you've been checking out the daily music surveys in the Today In History section below, you've probably noticed a few year end surveys from a few stations.

On the main RadioWest site, there is a bunch of year-end surveys from stations across Western Canada and Washington state (maybe even a few from Oregon) from 1966 thru to 1979. There's still a bunch to add.
