Funny 1060 On The Air

Did they go on air Thursday, Sept 12?

Had a listen The Comedy tracks are not bad but obviously the subject matter toned down for a general listening audience.. I almost worked up a chuckle here and there. Refreshing alternative to traffic on the ones and whatever QR is churning out. I'll take it for the meantime. I just hope that the comedy tracks don't get to
redundant.

Have to agree, a lot of the comedy bits are pretty funny.

The only other station I hear this format on is the one out of Twin Falls on 1270, which doesn't come in well here at all.

I'm streaming it this morning. This is something I would have on for light diversion B.G.while net-surfing (or driving, if I lived there). Yes, a lot of funny bits in small portions.
An extra, unintentional, funny aspect is that 1060 is still running their remaining client spots from the "old" format so that I am aware that Dick Damron will soon perform at the Deerfoot Inn Casino and there are a number of livestock auctions coming up this month.
Wow, they still do livestock reports the same way they did in 1n 1969; a non-announcer voice, regular neighbor farmer-type literally "calling-it-in".
