Congratulations to Paul Larsen and Company on being awarded a license for Lethbridge.

After the mess they made with 103.1, I am totally shocked that the CRTC granted New Cap a second Calgary license.

With the new stations coming to Calgary, Airdrie, High River and Lethbridge, this would be a great time to be an equipment supplier in the area.
Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

Looks like the new Newcap station in Calgary will be CAFE 90.3, Harvard's will be EXTREME FM, and CHUM's will be ENERGY FM according to this story from Broadcaster Magazine's website:

Also, the new Adult Standard station in Lethbridge at 94.1 being brought to you by Paul Larsen & Norscot Holdings has grabbed the heritage calls CJOC. These call letters were on the air in Lethbridge from 1926 to 2000 when CJOC 1220 flipped to FM to become CJRX (Rock 106).
