IncrediMail question

Postby johnsykes » Sun Nov 07, 2010 1:01 pm

I am using IncrediMail for email.....usually, because I do a lot of surveys, etc....the list of emails received, takes up more than a screen page. So I usually only show the latest 20 or so emails on the screen, and tab down if I need to see any further. All of a sudden, the whole screen is taken up with the list of emails, and I can't click and read any. I want to go back to half-screen showing the in-box and the lower half showing the email I have highlighted. Any ideas re getting back to this?
As usual, thanks to the brilliant minds.

I've never used IncrediMail. And, offhand, I don't know anyone on RadioWest who is still using it. Most left it when they left XP behind for Vista or Windows 7, and now use gmail, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail (which cannot be used on XP).

Best I can suggest is doing some searches around here:

If you don't find any an answer that works, sign up there and post your own question. Although it is not as attentive to user problems as other sites I'm familiar with, it is not that bad.

You want to look for the "Reading pane" option, and select "bottom". It's probably located under "view", but it's been a while since I've used Incredimail, so I could be wrong.
