Amazon.com History

A few too many big words for my liking, and a little too PR'ish, but still an interesting look at Amazon.com and its founder, Jeff Bezos. Though I've had my share of criticisms of the company over the years, I am still a fan. As a customer, I have to say that they certainly seem to "get" Customer Service:

Bezos is good for the economy...he has or will open a big distribution centre in Winnipeg... Amazon owns other companies within the book empire... Abe's Books in Victoria being one....I like Amazon because I can find books that are out of print.
