CTV and CBC's offerings are shoved down cable subscribers throats whether they want to eat or not. I think Sun TV's programming is low rent but they don't have taxpayer lolly to perk up production values. How about another CBC darling, George Strombo? Another money pit of taxpayer cash that isn't justified by ratings. Didn't he date the head of network programming a schwingy forty something?

Hypocrites like Cleaver that complain about government bureaucrats but can't wait for them to hassle someone with a point of view he doesn't agree with. This is also the same guy that moans and groans about how big corporations have cut jobs in broadcasting. Seems to me he should be praising Quebecor for creating hundreds of new broadcasting jobs and losing 15 million dollars a year in the process. I don't think it's too much to ask for them to get the same deal that everyone does.

Then when you're done looking up "illiterate" try "biased". My point is that Sun TV should be treated like everyone else. See the big letters in the headline at the top of the thread? It says Sun News Network.

Some viewers might flip between BC1, Sun, CBC and CTV to get a wider variety of opinions. What's wrong with that?
Sure Sun is biased. So is the CBC.
