Ryan Seacrest to host shows on all four major networks after new CBS deal
The TV and radio host's latest deals with CBS and NBC means that he will appear on all four major television networks in the upcoming season.

Is Ryan Seacrest the new King of All Media?

The TV and radio host signed on to emcee CBS' "Fashion Rocks" special, and also inked a one-year deal with NBCUniversal that will see him hosting NBC's red carpet preshows in 2015, according to a story published Tuesday in The Hollywood Reporter.

Seacrest's recent pacts mean that he will be hosting programs on all four major TV networks, since the 39-year-old also hosts FOX's "American Idol" and ABC's "New Year's Rockin' Eve."

Besides the red carpet shows, the star's NBC deal will see him host and contribute specials for NBC and E! (the latter of which airs "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," produced by his company). But the new deal does not renew his previous "Today" show and NBC Sports commitments.

As for his hosting duties for "Fashion Rocks," which will air in September during New York Fashion Week, Seacrest told The Hollywood Reporter that the CBS gig complements the fall launch of his Ryan Seacrest Distinction fashion line.

"I'm certainly not a designer, but I do enjoy the process of picking out a great suit and putting a tie with it, and then adding cufflinks and the tie clip," he said. "This is a chance to curate some cool, classic styles that start with suits and accessories but could eventually grow into other lifestyle opportunities."
