Skinny TV, YouTube and "Unplugged"

Here comes another iteration in the spiraling demise of standard television delivered OTA or over cable. Alphabet/Google division YouTube appears to be in advanced stages of planning for a television bundle to be delivered as a streaming service.

What's really crazy is that streaming video is inefficient compared to cable. But until the cable companies start selling us what we want instead of what they want the exodus will continue. In some ways they don't care because they control the pipes.
