I was a huge fan of CKLG-FM from the start of their full-time "Underground" format in early 1968, until I left Vancouver for good at the end of April 1974. They always seemed to have a "most frequently played" album cut for 6 or more months at a time. An early one was "White Bird" by It's a Beautiful Day. Likely still going strong when I left was "Hypnotized" by Fleetwood Mac, still my favourite Mac tune, and I liked a lot of them, from "Oh Well" to new material in this century.
I have long assumed it was Bob Welch on both vocals and lead guitar on "Hypnotized" but a closer look at the liner notes of the CD "Mystery to Me" makes me think the great guitar work is mostly that of Bob Weston. Oddly, there is some almost identical guitar work on an album I heard on KTAC-FM in November 1972 from a local Tacoma band, which would be BEFORE the Fleetwood Mac album.
