Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

It has been said before and I will say it again.
Those in charge of executing the format and music and non-existent promotion at CFUN should be fired.
Disgraceful numbers.
Being nice is my resolve - in 2012

FUN radio will replace Kelly the dumbell with Tarzan.

Brookshaw is a TOTAL dolt - don't get me started.....and I feel that the whole CFUN thing has been a total screwup from the start.

The Peak and the Shore should be put out of their misery - ah, what's the use.

Let's hear it for the CRTC!!!!! :canflag1:

No kidding Hagopian. All you have to do is look at yesterday's PPM release to see how poor CFUN is doing compared to similar Oldies-Classic Hits stations in Edmonton & Calgary. It's an absolute joke! The upper echelon at Rogers Vancouver must be living in some kind of dream world of denial. Put Tarzan Dan on in the mornings, bring back the jingles, expand the playlist to reflect more 60's & 70's tunes, and for Christ sakes start calling the station C-FUN (Fun FM is so lame).

Gotta agree wholeheartedly with the value of the CFUN call letters being mostly in being able to call the station Sea Fun. Over the last three decades, so many people have moved to Vancouver and Vancouver Island for the access to the ocean, the moderate temperatures year-round, and the normally short stay of the snow. You know, the ones with the bumper strip reading "I'd rather be sailing".

Sea Fun just says it so well.
