I was only 11 years old in 1960 but I actually remember them playing that. The one time I heard it, it was played right after Hyland's original song.

Must have been memorable. I would have been 7 or 8, but I also remember that jingle from my parents passing by CFUN on their way across the dial.

My father had CFUN on one of his push buttons in the car even though he didn't like the music. But any music was better than no music, which meant CFUN at the Top of the Hour, when they were the only station in town playing Music, thanks to "News at :55".
