Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

As I was saying earlier:

NW is holding its own on top in the 12+ market

The big winner is the Beat
followed by JR and Clear (see ya Fred)
Team is up

stations diving a bit

QM down 1.7
Jack is down 1.6
Zee down 1.2

and
Traffic 730 has increased by 5 listeners

corrected

There is quite a bit, in terms of breakdowns, on-line for the world to read. The Vancouver ones are here:
http://www.radiocbs.com/getfile.gas?fileid=103768
http://www.radiocbs.com/getfile.gas?fileid=103818

They run a clunky server, so try a Refresh if you get an error on either of these links.

am band 30.4% - with top two AM and bottom two AM
fm band 69.6% - music mainly

question when did FM in totality get bigger than AM stations? - a decade
will do as an answer.

'NW is sounding focused, energized and feisty, and its almost 50% of the way to its MBO goal!

Though I quite enjoy their music at times, I fear a format change
somewhere in the offing for C-isl. No inside info, just a hunch.
NW is maintaining(barely), but there is unlikely to ever be any big upswing
there again. What genius(s) thought up Crave FM??? That one has the sweet smell of consultant's hands ALL OVER IT!!!!! Was it really so
bad as Zed? Some of these consultants are useful and effective, but
sometimes they merely THINK they have all the answers.

Eric Samuels does not listen to consultants. He does all his own research and makes all his own decisions. Why not, it worked for the Bear, and Z when he first arrived, unfortnately it's not working now. He seems to be stuck somewhere between Z and C-isl. That's it!!! the New Z-isl, the Greatest FM radio hits ever. simulcast with 650. One set of announcers, One play list, One payroll, 2 revenue generating stations. Run with it Eric.
