Rare, Live TV Taping at The Retinal Circus

Postby Neumann Sennheiser » Sat Nov 21, 2009 9:19 am

Couldn't believe this was actually out there on YouTube or that I, or someone else, hadn't stumbled upon it before this.
This would have been on CBC at the time, probably the late 60's. It could have been the program "Let's Go" but I don't think so.
Anyone recognize the announcer on the intro? Sure sounds familiar.

Sounds like a young Bernie Pascall but I cannot remember if he ever worked for the CBC. I know he was on CHAN!

The voice is not obvious. If it was Let's Go or a later version of same it might be Chad Allen, Howie Vickers, Mike
Campbell or Tom Northcott. If you had the date or the network it would help.

After a closer listen to the intro, it was, in fact, "Let's Go" of the CBC.
I recognize Rocket Norton on the drums, John Hall on keyboards, could be Lindsey Mitchell or Geoff Eddington on guitar and Steve Walley on bass. Not sure of the singer...Al Harlow?
