Christmas x 2 in Seattle

Postby radiofan » Fri Nov 12, 2010 7:36 pm

Two weeks ahead of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday and Seattle has two full time Christmas stations with a third likely to pop up anyday now.

Classic Hits KJR-FM and Soft A/C KRWM 106.9 are both in full Christmas mode already. Look for Contemporary Christian KCMS 105.3 to make
their yearly switch soon.

Radio observers in Seattle are in shock at KJR's move which come just days after KVI-AM's switch to a Classic Hits/Oldies format.

What are the chances of Vancouver having a Christmas 104.9 FM this year? They already have a logo and jingles.
Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.
