BOB FM arrives in Yakima.

Looks like KRSE in Yakima (STAR 105.7) is in the process of dropping its AC format to become the 3rd BOB FM in Eastern Washington (the other two being in Spokane and Walla Walla). This move will also leave the Yakima area with no AC outlet at all.

So what does BOB FM mean? something like "playing what we want" I would suppose!
Well, good for them....sounds much like DICK FM, JACK FM, GEORGE FM, or whatever FM. Do kids really did this first name business? or do they simply care what the station is playing 15 times a day.
