Thought you'd like to know...WFAN is no longer....and some other NYC stations of old are also gone. Check out Northeast Radio Watch.

Better make an appointment with your optometrist John. The story on NorthEast Radio Watch says that WFAN is just moving into new studios with the other New York City CBS stations. WFAN is alive & well.

*WQXR wasn't the only New York station making a big move in the last few days: Friday was the last day for CBS Radio's WFAN (660) at its longtime studio home deep in the bowels of the Kaufman Astoria studio complex in Astoria, Queens, several floors below the "Sesame Street" studios.

I just thought I'd get your goat.....see if you were awake this early. No specs needed. :tail

Give Mr. Sykes his due! He managed to keep up the time honoured tradition that even you have contributed to over the years, spreading mis-information and half truths on the world wide web. :D
