We have a great group of broadcasters in this town.

Only 4 in the joint are working. What a waste!

Kudos to Red and Carole Robinson for all the work - and Gord Lansdell, as well.

Makes me realize how many people I care deeply about and have for years.

Ted Farr was a highlight. A brave, sweet and wonderful fellow.

I could go on for weeks.

When I realized that there was nobody snapping pix, I started getting what I could.

That was a great lunch! Good to see so many friends and former co-workers (and yes, sometimes one person fit into both categories! )

Addenda: It was also a delight to see Cubby. The best News Director, and on air gent I ever worked with - and I worked with some great ones.
Take a bow, Cubs. You 'da best. (*He's a really cool guy too - and I wish we didn't live so far apart).

Russ Bythe - best wishes on your plans for the OK. (Another great fella).

That really was a fabulous get together. So great to see so many people I hadn't seen in years.
It made me feel like I was in my 20's again as many people who were in that room were my mentors when I first got into the broadcasting biz!
