You'd think the estate of Roy Rogers would have something better to do than make changes to the original taxidermist's job of stuffing Roy's beloved Palomino.

Seen any (other) lulus lately? Headlines, that is.

Bloomberg is doing a very nice job with BusinessWeek magazine now that they bought it. Even if they do refer to the Irish PM as a Goon.

More snow in one day than all winter

That is the headline on-line, that appeared yesterday evening. In the print edition of the Edmonton Journal this morning, it reads:

City digs out
More snow in one day than since winter arrived

Winter weather returned with a vengeance Saturday when Edmonton was hit with more snow in one day than has fallen on the city since the season started.

About 15 centimetres of snow had accumulated at the Edmonton International Airport by nighttime, compared to the 11.4 centimetres that has come down since winter began Dec. 22, and up to 20 centimetres was expected by the time the storm winds down overnight, according to Environment Canada.

As my wife puts it, "anyone who shoveled snow in the last 24 hours will say 'Duh!'.'"
