Screw the Customer

The article is entitled "Post-recession credo: Show some love", but it includes this gem:
Saul Colt, who helped develop Freshbrooks' brand as its official "chief of magic," says "making love to your customers" is a long-term commitment.

Sounds like business as usual for too many companies: "making love to your customers" sounds like "screw the customer" to me.

The article actually has some good customer service ideas, but dunno about this Saul guy.

I buy shoes and keep them on a shelf for years so when I do wear them I will be the only person with those shoes in those colors. - saul colt
