The first time I saw this picture, I thought that Top Dog had expanded by buying the Okanagan Sun from Quebecor. First disappointment came when I realized that he was only on the cover because there was a story about him inside. Second disappointment when I realized that this was not another Sun newspaper serving all of the Okanagan which meant it wasn't owned by Quebecor. Third disappointment when Jack wasn't going to have a cheesecake photo inside as the traditional Sunshine Boy on the cover would have to if it was The Sun.

Great to see Jack looking so healthy and prosperous. And know it wasn't a case of corruption on Oliver town council like this one:
