ON Hamilton 95.3 CING From Oldies-Classic Hits (Vinyl 95.3) to Hot AC (Fresh FM)

STATIONS TESTING
NB Miramichi 95.9 CHHI Will launch on May 6th with a Hot AC format (will be branded as SUN FM)

NL Port Au Choix 790 CFGN Moved to 96.7 with 1,900 watts (4,300 watts Max. ERP) (simulcasts CFCB 570 Corner Brook)

QC Weymontachie 750 CBFA-3 Move to 92.3 with 50 watts

GOING OFF THE AIR
ON Hudson 1340 CBQW Will go off the air when CBLS 1240 Sioux Lookout moves to 95.3 FM

TECHNICAL CHANGES GRANTED
AB Wainwright 93.7 CKWY Decrease power from 100,000 to 50,000 watts and raise antenna height

CHANGES TO SPECIALTY LICENSES GRANTED
MB Winnipeg 107.1 CFEQ Will be dropping Christian programming and replacing it with a Classical music format

CHANGES TO CBC NETWORKS GRANTED
ON Paris 89.1 CBLA-2 Will originate some local programming from Kitchener
QC Sherbrooke 90.7 CBFX-2 Will originate some local programming from Sherbrooke

PROPOSED TECHNICAL CHANGES
MB Portage La Prairie 93.1 CFRY-1 Rescind simulcast with CFRY 920 Portage La Prairie and create new local Classic Rock station. Power will remain 27,000 watts, call letters will become CFRY-FM, and CFRY 920 will continue with its current Country format)
NB Fredericton 104.5 CJRI Move to 95.1 and increase power from 50 to 1,500 watts
ON Marathon 93.1 CFNO Shut down studios in Marathon and relocate all on air operations to Thunder Bay
ON Toronto 103.9 CIRR Increase power from 50 to 107 watts (250 watts Max. ERP), lower antenna height and relocate transmitter
