BC Whistler 96.9 CKLG-1 Reduce power from 586 to 474 watts (1,430 to 1,000 watts Max. ERP), raise antenna height, and relocate transmitter
BC Whistler 102.1 CISW Reduce power from 586 to 474 watts (1,430 to 1,000 watts Max. ERP), raise antenna height, and relocate transmitter
SK Regina 97.7 CBKF Increase power from 13,700 to 22,300 watts and lower antenna height

Across Canada CBC Radio 2 Allow a limited amount of advertising (no more than 4 minutes per hour)

DENIALS
ON Wingham 104.3 new 3,000 watts (nested repeater for CKNX 920 Wingham). Rejected because it would be equivalent to granting Blackburn a third FM radio station in the market which would breach the CRTC's common ownership policy
QC Shawinigan 91.1 CFUT Move to 92.9, increase power from 199 to 3,700 watts (250 to 3,700 watts Max. ERP), raise antenna height, and relocate transmitter. Rejected because the new parameters would exceedingly expand the service area and could have an undue negative impact on the market

PROPOSED PROGRAMMING CHANGES
SK Saskatoon 94.1 CBK-1 Establish some local programming originating from Saskatoon (currently rebroadcasts CBK 540 Regina 100%)

CORRECTION
In last months column under AM TO FM CONVERSIONS ON THE AIR the call letters for 790 in Port Au Choix, NL were listed as CFGN. The correct calls are CFNW.
