Musical greats don't disappear...they move to Kamloops! Last I heard, Tom Northcott had also put down roots in the city. And I do believe Terry Black spent his final years there before he passed. Next time I'm visiting, I'll listen to Henry's show.
Prism had a fair kick at the big time. But like their predecessor band, the Seeds of Time, they were a quarrelsome bunch. Sadly, original lead vocalist Ron Tabak died in a bicycling accident a few years after the band splintered. I seem to recall Prism guitarist Lindsay Mitchell, looking back on their career, noting that Henry Small was temperamental but, also, the finest vocalist he'd ever performed with.
The current version of Prism includes only one original member, Al Harlow.
