Today's Can-Con 45 is from 1970 ... it's Spring and "As Feelings Go" ...

Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

Spring was a band of superb players who went on to lengthy studio-musician careers. With strong harmonies and a reeds/keyboards punch, Spring was often compared to a similarly skilled Vancouver outfit...The Collectors/early Chilliwack.

If memory serves, As Feelings Go suffered from a slightly muffled sound. Apparently either the master tape was damaged or something screwed up in pressing the single. Still, it's a great song released on a label (Coast) that was owned (or co-owned) by moonlighting 'LG Boss Jock Steve "Wonder" Grossman.
