Rabbi angered swastikas spray-painted at Byrne Secondary
"A rabbi from Vancouver's oldest synagogue is outraged after Burnaby's Byrne Secondary was spray-painted with swastikas. The school is only two kilometres from the largest Jewish cemetery in the Lower Mainland."

The god damned school is Byrne Creek Secondary, NOT Byrne Secondary. It would be like you people dropping the 1130 from your name and just calling the station NEWS.

Hey wait a minute. We don't want to give Ski and his goon squad any ideas.

The kids are not trained.

The product is now designd to make money for the Company and screw the listener.

The Station (with the exception of Dettman, and Andy Walsh and a few others) sounds like a bad college station.

Gosh, I am glad I am out of the business.

In the "bad old days' - you actually had to work your way up to a major market. Now, if you will work for donut money - ''yer in.

Everything changes.

I wish 'em luck.

Here we go again - the headline says the plane went down in Williams Lake.
1. There is a city called Williams Lake
2. There is a lake called Williams Lake
3. The plane went down in neither.

Deadly float plane crash in Williams Lake

A pilot was killed yesterday afternoon

WILLIAMS LAKE (NEWS1130) - One person is dead after a float plane crashed yesterday afternoon in Williams Lake.

RCMP confirm the plane took off from Williams Lake around 1:40 p.m and was due back at 5 p.m.

Witnesses described seeing a large plane dropping flares that lit up the downtown area.

Search and Rescue from Comox located the plane near the Fraser River, nine kilometres northwest of Williams Lake.
She had a deep, throaty, genuine laugh, like that sound a dog makes just before it throws up.

As Larry David's friend and manager Jeff Greene has opined in so many episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm:
"That is just a great big ball of wrong".

What it looks like in print on the internet... all for the sake of a single space in the station logo... makes little difference to the on-air product.

It's Radio. It's what it sounds like that matters.

Funny comment considering this thread is criticizing the wording of an e-mail alert.
