I think I specifically recall that shirt from about 1974 or so ..... worn on a virtually daily basis.

No certain, but I think it came from a record company kick-back scheme or from Simon Ginsberg's T shirt operation. He tried to silkscreen a picture of Che Guevara on the back of a few, but they never did go over big.

See ya soon Tom.

LOL. Thanks, pal. Myles? I wonder what happened to Myles.

Simon Ginsberg, was the PD on West Fourth, while my Winnipeg Brother and I worked there . Brother Boom Boom Benson, AWG, and I, and Clint Nickerson, carved a few beauties, back in the day. In the early Seventies, Kits was still magic.

I feel so blessed to have worked at 1900 West Fourth - with such a fine group of folks. My advice to you younger dudes - enjoy every second....every day....because it flies by.

AWG and I were thick as thieves, and it went by in a heartbeat. We both carry great memories and as Simon and Garfunkel said so well in Old Friends"...."memories are all that's left to you".

One other tip for "the younguns'" is to take lots of pictures .... easily done in the digital age.

Regrettably, I have next to none.

Tom was a great Top 40 jock!! Cool photo that brings back CFUN memories. The record reps used to heap the free albums on us...another great perk about working at 1410. Was he Myles as in Myles and Lenny (one hit) fame?
