Thought I would start a thread for all of us to offer our wishes for the season.

To all my friends and acquaintances on Radiowest - Ted, Jon and so many others.

Happy New Year - Feliz Navidad :towel:

To all my friends on RW... The merriest of Christmases, especially to those who make this great site available to us. If you’ve already seen this on FaceBook or elsewhere, hope you’ll give it one more look and a smile...

Merry Christmas to everyone that contributes to this site (or just reads it) along with those who attend our GTG's a few times each year.

Looking forward to a new year of posts, historical material and of course, the GTG's.

The BC Radio History site will be totally updated in the coming months and there will be some new additions to the sites.

Merry Christmas and a Happy 2015 to all!

Great videos Cam!

For anyone who's not aware, Cam does a pretty decent TV spot too (in his grandfatherly way ;-) ) ....

Merry Christmas to all the members of RadioWest. A special thanks to Radiofan for keeping the site running smoothly. Thank you to all the people who contribute to the radio history of Western Canada and the rest of the world.

As family and friends gather together to celebrate the festive season, please keep in mind two things. Smoke detectors save lives. Make sure they have fresh batteries twice a year. When driving, at any time of the year, remember that there is nothing more important than getting to your destination safely.

Christmas in the eastern valley is "Christmas" ... The folks don't use the "PC" terms for the season it is "Merry Christmas" or "Blessed Christmas" ... The Salvation Army is well represented here with there Kettles ... The malls and the major grocery stores allow the "Sally-Ann" in with ringing bells ... Although they have been well represented, there has not been the band music... and Christmas for us begins with a Christmas selection from the "Sally-Ann" .. With that in mind I give you some Salvation Army Christmas music to set the mood. Have a blessed Christmas and may you find a measure of hope, peace, joy and love through the Christmas season and into the new year.
