CKOV 630 Kelowna has applied to move to 103.1 with 35,000 watts. The format will remain AC with their traditional style of News & Talk:

If approved only one AM station will remain in the Jim Pattison empire, AM 600 (CKBD) in Vancouver. Pattison had applied to flip CKBD to 93.1 FM several years ago, but was rejected on the grounds that the new license was to be awarded exclusively for an Ethnic oriented station.
