Radio News from British Columbia

AM730 Continuous Traffic on the 20th & 21st Floors.

This just in: Five minutes ago a coffee cup tipped over in the twenty-first floor lunchroom and a clean-up crew has just arrived on the scene. Traffic near the spill is being diverted through the newsroom.

Also on the twenty-first floor, lights are out in the Green Room and because the last engineer was fired a month ago, there is no one available to change the bulbs. If you're in the vicinity, please use the four-way stop procedure, or, if a guest starts choking in the Green Room - the Heimlich manouvre.

Just around the corner on the northside, traffic is closed in both directions on the Spiral Staircase Connector. Representatives from Corus HR are dealing with a "person of interest" who is threatening to jump.

Workers are also trying to control a fire in the Corus Cluster mailroom, emergency crews are on the scene. All foot traffic in the area is being re-routed through Jan Evanski Way.

On the twentieth floor there's a stall in the main hallway corridor off the reception area. A McWilliam delivery vehicle broke down and the driver has apparently abandoned it.

At the border crossings there's a two hour long backup heading west at J.J. Johnston, no waits eastbound and no line-ups in either direction at the Plasteras or Koenigsfest crossings.

Continuous Drive Time Traffic ON AM730, brought you by 1-800-GOT-JUNK.

With AM730 you will never have to wait for a traffic report again when it matters most.
