I settled down this afternoon with a cup of tea to enjoy the pontifications of Charles Adler on CKNW only to find that his program had been pre-empted by a Gord MacDonald and a group of nuts hyper-ventilating about a bit of snow falling around the city.
Christ, you would have thought that the goddamn Taliban had landed at English Bay and were making their way up to City Hall by the way they were going on and on about it.
What a drag.
