First thing that caught my eye is that David Bray is being represented as part of AVR now, and was at the hearing, responding to several issues. There was talk on the AVR side about the decades of experience present, in the form of David and others who are working with/for AVR now. On the CRTC side, David was "called out" for his lack of Aboriginal broadcasting experience, and his self-admitted lack of market data relevant to AVR.
