Is there something in the water at NewCap's Vancouver plant or just some other poison in the building?
Being a PD for Newcap on Horseshoe Way seems to come with a very short shelf life. Whoever does the interviewing and hiring needs to brush up on their skills if they can't find flaws in a person before moving them and their family half way across the country and then gassing them less than four months into the new gig,
They also seem to have a problem with on air talent, getting rid of People like Larry Hennessey and Stirling Faux while while retaining B Team and Farm Team talent on all three stations.
For the money NewCap paid for Vancouver, you'd think they'might at least attempt to put out an on air product that is of a higher calibre than small town Alberta.
