Is there any other media job listing out there?

Broadcast Dialogue runs classifieds at http://www.broadcastdialogue.com/classifieds.asp

Corus has had its own list of jobs on its Web site for years at http://www.corusent.com/corporate/careers_corus/index.asp

Likewise, CBC at http://cbc.radio-canada.ca/jobs/

Not sure about the other majors, but NewCap just wants you to e-mail them if you are available. See http://www.newcap.ca/careers.asp

In theory, Rogers lists on their own Web site http://www.shoprogers.com/careers/careers_...?type=jobSearch although I've never seen a radio job there.

Presumably, CHUM/BCE jobs will someday appear at http://works.workopolis.com/customers/bgm/gi/

And, yes, you still see jobs listed in the newspaper.

There are also job boards like http://www.monster.ca/ but I've never seen anything interesting in Canada when you select by their category "Arts Entertainment and Media". Not that I've looked that hard recently.

Radiofan is assembling quite a collection right here on this site:
http://www.radiowest.ca/sound.html

http://www.rockradioscrapbook.ca/ has the largest Canadian collection that I'm aware of.

http://www.reelradio.com is, by far, the largest on-line collection of airchecks on the planet. It is now subscriber-based, so it requires $12 U.S. per calendar year to listen. Despite being U.S.-based, there is quite a bit of Canadian material. About a dozen from CHUM, plus one each from CKFH, CKEY and CFTR. About 20 from CKLW. Four from Montreal. Two hours of Cool 8-80 Edmonton. And a Daryl B. composite from CKLG-AM and -FM. Plus CFPL London.

Keith James also has some interesting stuff at http://www.soundspark.com/NewSoundsparkRadio.htm
