Why isn't Glaherty over here?
Sounds like he's getting frustrated over at the other place.

tuned...I agree with you...Glaherty kept me sane on the other board for a long time. I have a lot of respect for Lee and his broadcasting. In fact, if it came down to it....I think he should be running the sports board on this here site so I can sit back and commiserate from the bleachers. So there you go, Mr. Powell, get your rear end over here and show us all what you're made of. I'll be the first to welcome you.

John .. if that were to happen, we'd have to change your nic to Benchwarmer.

Other than that... I do agree with you and many others that Lee is a great guy who knows his stuff and he should be here! I had the pleasure of working with Lee for several seasons of basketball and football at the Dog.

Benchwarmer? that reminds me of my days with the Winnipeg Goldeyes in the late 50's...got a few (lots) splinters in the rear end....probably deserved them too.

Because he doesn't know about it? I honestly don't know, as Lee and I have never spoken about public message boards.

He's lucky he missed the festival of errors (nine) at the Canadians game. It was ugly. Of course, were he there, Brook would be filling the broadcast moaning about his lack of dates or what he did on a Salt Lake City road trip in 1994 instead of letting Lee analyze the play on the field.
