My first bud in radio and the man who taught me the board and how to run summer remotes from a hot stinky van at the Aquatic in Kelowna.
My favourite memory of that era, JJ being pushed into the pool, mic in hand and listening to it go "Glub, glub, glub.
The mic, not Jolly John.
He was yelling some other things and chasing the miscreant around the pool.
