Frazier's back

Radio news from Alberta

Mentioned in the Sun today that Frazier will be back, doing mornings at the Newcap station.

I think she was last here with Roger Rhodes in the morning at Power (Peak?). I enjoyed her style, however, she was dumped around Christmas time a few years ago, never heard any reason for the dumping.

Best of luck to her.

FFS, a recycled format featuring recycled, questionable talent - way to breach the envelope New Cap.

No complaints - it's a pleasure to be surrounded by brilliant, free-thinking individualists.

I don't have any expectations of Newcap (Can Pew). But it I am looking forward to hearing Frazier again. I was at the station the day of her turfing, I had hoped to meet her.

She was on the air at PEAK (POWER) whatever, with Rhodes on the morning of 9/11, and I was very impressed with the way she handled the situation. She directed a lot of her comments to young listeners, and was doing her best to reassure them.

As a parent, I appreciated that.

When she was talking then your fucking yap was shut. I'd say that's a win-win for everyone.

I bet she was smart enough to not make eye contact, though.
