VINCE DiMAGGIO CALGARY MEMORIAL

Radio news from Alberta

I read on that "other" board that there was a memorial luncheon at Boston Pizza in Calgary, Bow Trail 33rd Street SW. Was there a turnout? Did anyone go? There are those that hated, others that liked. He hurt some female friends, yet in turn, treated me alright. I wasn't a fan, yet not happy to hear he had passed.

That sounds pretty human to me, unless you're Mother Teresa.

"Passed" is such an unfortunate euphemism. It makes me think of gas, or grade 12.

So I guess you didn't go then. You passed.

Right, Biff giving lessons on decorum is like Ralph offering tips on sobriety.

Hey stop picking on me. Or else I'll flounce. And not just any flounce - no sir I'm talkin' a frilly shirt, victorian homosexual, shrill harpie flounce.

So unless you want to be exposed to such a thing I suggest you step off yo!

It was more the "Victorian" aspect that got to me.
