While Universal has not, and is taking an agressive stand.

It's about five years too late for the dolts who control the music industry.

The train has long since left the station and the music industry was left standing on the platform.

When has the music industry ever gotten its act together? They treat their customers like thieves because it takes one to know one. The music business has long been associated with organized crime both directly and indirectly so I have little sympathy for any of their self made problems. Download all the free music you can get, buy used CDs and vinyl and by all means don't spend a nickel on itunes, the biggest ripoff in music today. youtube does nothing but promote music and yet the idiots at Universal think it's just another cash cow to milk. If they sue them for copyright infringement I'd countersue for the promotion the record companies have received.
