This item is more for tech types, but if you have a techie friend, then you may want to use this type of device.

The link is to a device called a Dream Plug. It is a fully functioning computer that runs on the Linux operating system and all you have to do is plug it in to the wall. It can run on 110/220 or 5 volts... the 5 volts being great for those that play with robotics etc.

Plug computers have been around for awhile, but this one as it is called is the Dream Plug.

By adding Shorewall software to this device, it can become a NAT router. (Network Address Translation)

There are many uses for this device and the type of device is actually creating a movement in the u.s. which is annoyed at the government, so there must be something more to the demand of these devices.

I asked a Vancouver friend Simon Feay to look at selling these devices... he said he would look into it. Give him a call at his shop or visit his website http://www.aceondatarecovery.com/

This device is new and must be ordered. It can also be bought online.
