Robin Stickley leaving Global BC

Weekend Global BC anchor Robin Stickley is leaving Burnaby and heading for Washington DC.
She'll be replacing White Rock's own Paul Johnson as a correspondent for Global National.
Paul is in the process of setting up shop as GN Bureau Chief in Beijing. His move from Washington, follows the departure of Patrick Brown.

Great move for Robin. Nice to see them promote from within.

Speaking of Global, I see Mike McCardle is back in his usual spot after his vacation. So much for Heavily Overfed's blogging about McCardle and Global going separate ways a few weeks back.

Let's hire the blonde more concerned with fashion mags than politics.. to fill the post as correspondant reporting on the most powerful government in the world.
