"Pardon My Blooper"-Kermit Shafer

This is being posted in order to provide a laugh on a summer morning, afternoon, or evening - depending when you view this.

For folks in the radio industry Kermit Shafer is a name that is closely associated with "bloopers" (mistakes made by announcers and other broadcast professionals).

For those who don't know the name Kermit Shafer - this brief bio From "Wikipedia";
"Kermit Schafer (24 March 1914 – 8 March 1979) was an American writer and producer for radio and television in the 1950s and 1960s. He is best known for his collections of "bloopers" — the word Schafer coined for mistakes and gaffes of radio and TV announcers and personalities".

I realize that Kermit Shafer's "Blooper' record is not music. it is non-the-less a recording which was released on the K-Tel label and sold to the public.

I recently came across a copy my dad bought - sadly dad's vinyl recording titled "Super Bloopers" (on K-Tel records) was badly damaged ... So wanting to hear them again, I went online and found the following on "YouTube"

This is how I first heard the record, without laugh tracks etc. It was in the BCIT library and a friend who went through the radio course before me made me a tape copy. (I prefer this version).
