Golden West got the go ahead today to launch a new Classic Rock station in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The new station will operate at 106.7 with 100,000 watts and compliment Golden West's existing Weyburn properties CFSL 1190 and CKRC 103.5.

I wonder what heritage call letters they will use for this one? CKRC (classic Winnipeg Top 40), CFSL (original Weyburn call letters), what's next?

Another Channel for Weyburn GREAT. Maybe Elmer should try pairing it up with a Casino, since it IS IN Saskatchewan.

It's not Golden West's Fault. Corus, Bell, Astral and Rogers don't seem to care about small market radio.
