In a real sharp contrast to last weeks awarding of 4 new FM stations to Calgary(plus 2 in nearby communities), the CRTC only granted one new station for Quebec City from a fair sized list of applicants, including one from Standard for an English language Rocker.
Radio Classique will be bringing a French language Classical station to Quebec City (more than likely patterned after their Montreal outlet CJPX 99.5):

Here's the list of the also-rans:

CHER 950 in Sydney got the go ahead to flip to FM with a Classic Hits format. If these guys follow the recent trend in The Maritimes (CHNS, CHTN, etc.) this station should be on the air in a matter of weeks:

CKOT 1510 in Tillsonburg finally found an available frequency for their semi-flip to FM (107.3). I say semi-flip because they will be allowed to keep the AM transmitter on the air during the daytime only:

CHUC 1450 in Cobourg made the flip to 107.9 FM yesterday. They are calling themselves THE BREEZE with a Soft AC format.
Also Radio Nord's CKNU 100.9 in Donnaconna (near Quebec City) will be dropping it's Classic Rock format shortly to become TAG FM with a CHR/Rhythmic format (likely a clone of Radio Nord's TAG FM CFTX 96.5 in Gatineau-Ottawa.
